Universal image using Ghost and Network Share for Drivers
I am try to create a universal image for the various PCs around site.
We use Ghost to do this right now.
I have created a network share which anyone can access including guests so no auth is required.
The DriverPath in the registry has: c:\drivers; \\asa-app-001\drivers; and the path the systemroot drivers.
When ghost finished this all works fine in testing however the network drivers need to be applied first before the share can be accessed to complete the other drivers.
This is ok if the network driver gets applied first but I don't think it does.
I try and add all the network drivers to c:\ drivers in the hope it goes there first but maybe network drivers are not the first thing sought.
Does anyone have any suggestions on how I could do this, and maybe a separate not on a best practice for this (maybe WDS)
