Using DFSR, do you have to then update deployment share on each server?

    Hi,

I've currently setup linked deployment share in MDT 2010 and although it works it has to be manually run to actually distribute changes.

I've read about setting up DFS-R to automatically replicate the folder to our other 4 servers but the only thing i havnt seen is if you then would have to go into each server and update the deployment share manually inside MDT workbench.

Do you have to do this?

    Many thanks.

Think we are going to use linked deployment share and dfsr together as that way each server can keep its on boot and customsettings files.

Still would like to know the answer to the above however.
