As Bolton have joined with Blackburn (and Darwen) in their BSF bid, it would be interesting to share information about how this is being relayed to schools on both sides of Winter Hill.
It seems to me the managed service partners of the 3 preferred bidders are RM, Northgate and Redstone, but I'm prepared to be corrected, anybody on the Blackburn side had any information about how much of the current ICT provision at your end is likely to be swallowed up in the new managed service.

Bolton firms urged to bid for school building work (From The Bolton News)
RM vs Northgate.
