I have been using nagios to monitor only what comes with the install such as disk space, cpu usage and so on. No other addins or such.
How would I ask magios to check the status of certain services like SQL Server service, RPC & any other that is in teh computers services

But in essence, with nsclient++ client installed on the windows server, and it set up as per usual in the nagios config files, you add service definitions such as

Ive got my nagios monitoring for specific running programs as well as services so for example it monitors the clickview server for clickviewlibrary.exe and stuff
Can post configs on Weds if required (bank holiday tomorrow.. off to the beach)
