Thought its time i got my head round Linux, as only Linux box we have on our network is our Elastix server, and most i can do on that is use the ifconfig to set the IP of the server, and use vi to edit basic config.
So installed Suse 12 on my laptop today, and it has not installed any Wireless drivers, its an Acer Aspire 5750, not sure if its got the Atheros or Broadcom wireless, as usual with acer they think its funny to list 1 model with 3 different wireless adaptors.
i downloaded some broadcom drivers with Linux extracted the files into my /home/username/documents now have no idea what i do... it has some Makefile thing and then 2 folders lib and src.
