Ok...
New problem.
While I've got the code in place to use the redirect.pl, squid refuses to do anything... I get no errors on a -k parse, but it still doesn't run, either from command or reboot.
i've triple checked the code as well...
Any ideas?

Are you saying that squid is not running or just not redirecting requests? If it's the former check your cache.log for any errors. Make sure the access permissions for the redirect script are the same as for your squid.conf file, you may need to chmod / chown depending on your setup.
Hope this helps,
Iain.
Ok, I'm getting permission denied errors on cache.log...
I've chmod'd 750 as you suggested, but any suggestions on who i give ownership to?
It's probably best to do and ls -l to find the ownership and permissions on your squid.conf file and change the perl script to match (probably root, and 755).
Iain.
