Default It's finally here! Debian 4.0

El Reg briefly tells of the final release at http://www.theregister.co.uk/2007/04/10/debian_update/

Also check out http://www.debian.org/releases/etch/releasenotes for the changes.

You can get Etch from http://www.debian.org/distrib/ - now go and play with my favourite flavour of Linux

I have been using Debian Etch on my laptop for ages, its quite good, but I have an urge to try Ubuntu (haven't so far, well ok I had it installed on a machine for a day but that doesn't count) to find out what the fuss is about.

I'm liking this more now I'm likely to come out on top then, as we use a 1U server as our sims server. :P

How about CRT tossing? We all have plenty of those spare!

We would have to figure out a way of making it into an expenses paid trip by the school too, at some sort of exotic location, say Mallorca or Ibiza?

(Note: I may have been reading too much BOFH...)
