I am trying to install Smoothwall Express from an ISO, I press ENTER at the SmoothWall Splash Screen, loads of code appears then
Kernel Panic - not Syncing - Attempted to kill init! (in a North London Accent
)
I have googled but just get generic answers, has anyone come across this issue before while trying to set up Smoothwall Express.
Thanks.

29th November 2010, 04:25 PM #4 Smoothwall Express doesnt Multi Processor support
Smoothwall willt take a max of 4GB
Maybe its one of them?
What type of raid do you have? - "Supported RAID controllers will Include Compaq, Dell PERC and DAC960."
Have a look at this: http://www.smoothwall.org/about/feat...parison-chart/
Maybe Tom will see this, hes one of the smoothwall genius people, so he will know what to do
