    #Disk Queue Length

    From Checking NT Services with Nagios - Nagios Wiki

    define command{
    command_name check_nt_queue_length
    command_line $USER1$/check_nt -H $HOSTADDRESS$ -s password -p 12489 -v COUNTER -l "\\PhysicalDisk(_Total)\\Avg. Disk Queue Length","Average number of both read and write requests queued is %.2f Consider a faster disk array" -w 1 -c 5
    }

    Try this:

    In your command.cfg file create the command to do the monitoring:

    #Disk Queue Length

    define command{
    command_name check_nt_queue_length
    command_line $USER1$/check_nt -H $HOSTADDRESS$ -s password -p 12489 -v COUNTER -l "\\PhysicalDisk(_Total)\\Avg. Disk Queue Length","Average number of both read and write requests queued is %.2f Consider a faster disk array" -w 1 -c 5
    }

    Then in the host file for the server you are monitoring, add a check command similar to those already present, but altering the check to 'check_nt_queue_length'.

    Hope this helps.

    Edit:
    Doh! Mounters beat me to it!
