    Samba (the joy of)

    Hi
    Anyone got some good links for a guide on the samba configs and how to tie them to AD.
    We have a Snap Appliance (Guardian OS 2.6) which is messing up with file permissions. Whenever we change the permissions on the folder it ignores the group permission rules and does not grant access. If you name the AD user and set permissions though it works.
    Just wondering if anyone has any ideas?
