OK need some help with a couple of things:
Got 2 servers running Ubuntu 9.10
1: Physical Server running LAMP and hosts our main website and a few smaller ones
2: Virtual Server running LAMP and hosts just our OCS Inventory
Questions:
1: Best way to mirror Web1 to Web2? (Apache, Data, and MySQL..)
2: get SAMBA to damn well work - I get it working on a share level basis but then the service seems to do what it wants and starts asking for authentication - but wont let any username login..
Thanks in advance..

Just do a backup of the MYSQL databases, then import them into your virtual server.
Then its a literal copy and paste job of transferring your root web directory from one server to the other.
You can use SCP to do this, it works over SSH. There is a free windows client called WinSCP.
Restart all of the services, and that should be it.
Don't know much about SAMBA but have a look at the solution from Turnkey Linux.
I hope that is of some help!
