I have demo'd zimbra to our ICT strategy group as our current desknow installation will be a cost option provided by our LA whereas zimbra is free!
I have zimbra all up and running but I need to try to work out how I can move about 70 accounts across to it from desknow.
One problem I have is that I do not have access to the desknow server but I do have an admin account for the web frontend.
Before i go in to it any further has anybody else gone through this process?

Have you had a look at the admin manual on DeskNow - Mail and collaboration server ? That might give you some inspiration.
The PITA method would be to use an IMAP client to open the corresponding DeskNow and Zimbra accounts and drag 'n' drop the items. Perhaps you could script something?
yeah, I had a look at the admin manual but a lot of it is if you have server access and they don't seem too keen to tell you how to export users, I guess thye don't want users to move away.
I think I might have to go for a PITA method.
