I'm not sure if our staff would ever need the IM function on zimbra but I'd still like to see it working.
At the moment all my zimbra works apart from the IM function.
I have given access to it for my test users and they can see it on the tabs across the top.
They can add a user but then nothing. Nobody gets an email informing them they have been added and nobody appears in the buddy list.
Do you have to change any extra settings? Am I just being dense again?
