Just got a test Zimbra server installed but got a query
It has a hostname of mail-srv-1
and a domain name of internal.domain
but in the admin console (https://mail-srv-1.internal.domain) it shows the domain as..
@mail-srv-1.internal.domain
which is fine -except i want it @internal.domain like the rest of our network
how do I change Zimbra to read it as @internal.domain

26th February 2009, 07:18 PM #2 I believe you can delete the domain and add the new one form admin, or reinstall using the domain name you want ( change settings on the final stage)

27th February 2009, 05:51 AM #3 Thanks, managed to create the new domain and put the old one into "maintenance mode" but this also knocks out the system emails (spam, ham, admin, etc)
Can I just rename these then delete the domain name?
