I have already tried it on my home Ubuntu setup. Easy to follow instructions [even for me: A Linux novice] Works well [so far]

Just installed it on my home pc (ubuntu 8.04) and it had a hissyfit with the XServer next boot up but now that's settled it seems very pretty.

Unfortunately, comes across quite resource intensive or laggy which on my PC it really shouldn't. (X2 5000+, 2GB Memory & a 6600GT).

Still, very pretty indeed.
