Vmware server install error
Having tried to install Vmware server 1.0.5 on kubuntu i had an error flash up halfway threw the install stopping it from completing so today i went back to try install it again and I'm now being told that vmware is already installed, how would i track down and uninstall this partial install

20th May 2008, 10:44 AM #2 are you using the ubuntu vmware deb packages or the tarball+install script downloaded from the vmware site?

20th May 2008, 11:30 AM #5 when i run it threw perl it just states that there is an install of vmware already there and then stops doesn't give me the option to upgrade/re-install
