Edubuntu LTSP Problem
I have a problem with the Edubuntu LTSP thin client setup.
I've got to the point where I put a floppy disk in my thin client and boot and all seems to be going well until I come up with these errors.
Begin: Running /scripts/init-bottom ....
Done.
mount: Mounting /root/dev on /dev/.static/dev failed: No such file or directory
mount: Mouthing /dev on /root/dev failed: No such file or directory
Target filesystem doesn't have /sbin/init
/bin/sh: can't access tty; job control turned off
After that I am thrown into the built in shell.
The file sbin/init is on my server in the right place /opt/ltsp/i386.

Re: Edubuntu LTSP Problem
Yes it is getting an IP address.
That would explain it Geoff, I'll check it first thing tomorrow. I thought Edubuntu LTSP was supposed to run without any config changes except to the dhcpd.conf file ???
