School Guardian logon issues

Over the christmas break i thought i would spend time updating all our server to Server 2003 R2 and updating all there other bits of software.

All went fine, apart from a problem with Ranger messing up groups which isn't fixed yet. But we are now getting a problem with our school guardian server which we weren't getting before.

When a user logs on sometimes they are being asked to put in their details to access the net were as before they were not. Also the user log looks really odd on school guardian, see below, and all new users on windows are being authed. I have checkd the status of the auth service and it's ok on all options.

Just wanted to see if anyone else has had this problem or knows why before i contact their support.

Not sure whether it was the update to SG or the mass restart of servers but it's solved it's self lol.

Glad to hear it is all behaving - not heard of any auth updates in the latest patches, but you never know
