    It's good new I think. I don't agree with any enforced filtering, it is up to us as adults to decide what we deem appropriate for our viewing and whether or not to partake in illegal activities (and of course expect to be punished as such), just as it's our job as parents to decide what is appropriate for our children and apply our own filtering as we see fit. It should not be the choice of of governments or [un]elected officials as it does nothing but undermine our supposed freedom.

    Its a start. Private companies should not be able to force ISPs to filter things. If something is being done illegally on a road, it isn't the council's fault, it is the road user, same concept on the internet.

    Now that a few people have replied I can add my voice of agreement here..

    Though no doubt the Music & Film war machines will oppose it and bribe someone in the EU to over turn it
