its commonplace, you can already tether wifi devices to android devices

yes but some networks get shirty and wont count any data used by a tethered device as part of your allowance and will charge you for it

how will they know? AFAIK all traffic is originating from the android - same as any other linux router, the tethered devices is NAT'ed

30th June 2011, 11:41 AM #8 not looked at the specs but surely the pad bit is directly linked to the phone through some asus connector port, with video feed and touch info all being relayed directly to the device.
