wow, having watched a video from that link, the white house alot of mail! And the fact that Mr Obama has asked to see 10 a day is quite a thing (and apparently the he is the first president to do so after a bit of research) as he wants to let people know he does read what they say! And he hand writes a response back, that my friends, is a good quality to have in a leader, something ours lack!
ah, that answers my question of do they actually get to him personally....
