    TUPE And outsourcing regulations to be changed

    Looks like the new UK govt wants to change TUPE regulations (and regulations for ALL outsourced staff) to make their new contracts no less favorable than those already working for the new company.

    This is a ConDem Govt sweetener for the private sector who are preparing for a major onslaught into public sector outsourcing.....
