Just in case any one wonders (or when staff start asking) why the BBC site seem so slow this morning. They had a massive network outage last night (at about 0200) which wasn't properly resolved until about 0500 (several routers failed), things still seem to be a bit sluggish for lots of people even now especially for the front page.
