It doesn't go into any detail about which particular botnet it was, but the guy has been given a 41 month prison sentence and a $65k fine. Also, props to Sophos for helping with the international investigation.

Bearing in mind that this was a US federal court, I think they've been a little lenient really. Should have been at least 5 years, and a much larger fine as he likely made a large amount of money from the botnet.
