    BIDS - V1.3

    New version released

    Mainly a bug fix with the target file being locked by SYSTEM

    BIDS now copies the file from the <appname>.exe.config file to the users TEMP folder and opens it from there

    TEMP File is overwritten each time it launches - allowing the original file to be updated more easily
