Could you maybe set the screensaver to be logoff.exe and run after x minutes of inactivity as a quick hacky fix?

Fancier method here with the winexit screensaver -

This newsgroup post may also help if you want to get your hands dirty and do it after x minutes regardless of idle time...

You could just schedule the task immediately on login for x minutes later, clear any previous tasks on login.
