We are using Exchange 2000 and was wondering how we can create an email address ie. itsupport@blahblah.com to forward to multiple email asdresses.
ITSUPPORT@BLAHBLAH.COM ----> Email1@blahblah.com
----> Email2@blahblah.com
Cheers

Use a distribution list.
Got to global address groups > add a new group > add a email address > add your members.
is it not done in AD users and computers and set up a new distribution list like a security group, then this can be seen in the GLobal Address List (or hidden if you like)
thats the 2003 way i maybe wrong

If you want to add multiple e-mail addresses to one user follow these steps.
1. Navigate to the user account in AD
2. Right Click > Properties
3. Navigate to the e-mail address tab
4. Then add your SMTP addresses.
And that’s about it. You will need to have exchange tools installed on the computer to do this though.
