Some of the staff here are begining to complain about thir profiles having multiple copies of the same file. For example, in the start menu they might have 6 versions of internet explorer all saying "internet explorer (mr whoever v1) upto about v6 or sometimes more. this is also happening with documents in their my documents folders.
I think it is because they have clicked keep both versions when syncronizing on logoff, but i don't know how to change that so the only have 1 version of the shortcut or file.
Does anyone out there now how to change this setting?

Delete the ones they don't need and educate them as to which option to select an option?

the thing is they have selected keep both versions and ticked the do this for all conflicts.
