RM and Virtual Servers

Am i missing something hardware warrenties are seperate from server support contracts. i.e. you have servercare for the server & then a seperate contract in the form of say 'additional server support'. If you cancel or fail to renew your servercare but cary on your server support that is up to you they cant expect people to carry paying for hardware support for servers no longer in use.

I'm only going by what we were told by <a lady> at RM which was checked with the product manager at RM.... no hardware support, no support.... I think they are peeved with us tho.

I'd email your account manager explaining the situation, if they think it will impact future sales they will soon budge.
