We have found that staff members with roaming profiles are logging in to their own classroom PC's and are getting our printer servers defaulted to their machine. We are guessing that this is because when they log out in our IT rooms, their roaming profile is storing the printer option within their profile. We only want the printer servers to operate within the IT rooms where they are assigned by a script file on our main server.
This is an issues as some staff back in their rooms do not realise until after they have printed something which could be confidential and that it has printed off in the IT room.
Can anyone suggest a method in which we can prevent this from happening and that they only get the printer we have installed for them in their classroom?
