Hi, I have just installed the Symantec Ghost 8.3 server and Done remote client install for all the clients on the domain all is working fine, then when i send a request to make the image from the server to the client it restarts the pc and then says: starting pc dos and then restarts and boots back into windows after all that it fails and then i view the log and it says this: To Virtual Partition Failed. 21st September 2008, 01:10 PM #2 Have you got the correct driver set up for the machine in ghost? I don't know how it's done in 8.3, as I use solution suite 2, but in the version I use, you have to check the details of the machine in the console and ensure that the driver set for the NIC of the machine is the correct one.

21st September 2008, 01:31 PM #3 Yep make sure you select the correct network card driver for the PC/PCs you wanna ghost.
Ghost has a bunch of pre loaded drivers, so hopefully its listed. When you select the correct driver, try the ghost session again and it should work no problems.
