Papercut - Print Management
Ive been tasked with cutting down a printing bill.
We have gone from 25 printers, laser and ink jet to just 8 laser, no inkjets and 1 networked photocopier (locked down with user codes, and allocation of credits for both copying and printing)
But ive been asked to now make even more savings. As since we have now locked down the copier, people are bypassing by printing to the more expensive laser printers.
What i needed was a solution that would be fairly cheap and easy to setup and work across both widnows and mac.
I have singled out papercut, but was wondering what others were using, and if using papercut how you find it, how easy to setup? and most importantly, has it saved money?
