Impero Remote Installation problem on one machine

We are deploying impero to all student machines on our network and i have got one which is a bit fussy when it comes to installing the software.

When i select the machine from the left hand side, input the relevant credentials and the ip address of the impero server, i get an error:

Copy Error: Unknown error while connecting has occured.

I also get told that the network password is incorrect which it isnt.

Can anyone shed any light on this please?

If you install the client manually, does it install ?

I thought installing locally or manually installed the console.

I have just tried the ImperoClientSetup and that has just installed the console...

Ive just found out whats up... the battery in the machine has failed.. therefore its got the wrong time and date... Doh
