RM CC3 Printer issues
Helping out at a school with CC3 and they've recentley had two new networked copiers installed one for staff use and one for Office but the Office one is avaliable for all users and this is annoying the office staff, they asked me to remove it from the printers so I've logged in to the RM Management console as System Admin and clicked on the printers tab and selected the printer and the button to remove it is greyed out. How am I supposed to removed the printers from the class room machines?
Help please :-)

At what level have you allocated it?
Make sure no Printers are assigned at Main site (one probably is) in the RM Console then allocate each printer to each room as desired.
Sorted it the sytem admin account wasn't the admin account, don't ask...? printers now removed and everybody is happy.
