RM Printer Credit - Printer Issues

Hi all!

We've just rolled out RM Printer Credits at our school - to which most printers have started monitoring successfully and deducting credits.

However, we're having issues with a HP P2050 Laser-jet. When we go into Management Console - the Printer Credits tab is there - however its "grayed out"

Does anyone know any reason for this?

We're running RM CC4 SR1.

We have this up and running on CC4 and have just bought a similar printer, will check it tomorrow.

Have you logged a call with RM, they may know a way round it.

Is this the network version (P2050dn) or just USB? If it's a local printer shared over the network you need to install the RM Local Printer package on the computer that the printer is connected to.

We have exactly the same printer installed in an ICT room and it is working and can allocate PC to it. Got another 5 of that type to set up.

It is fully working with RM Print Credits?
