Just upgraded MRBS to the latest release (1.4.4.1) and found it doing something rather odd.

It only affects the "Period" colums, all the others are in the correct position
I have checked the config and it definately is set to start with "registration" so not sure where the first 2 rows have suddenly appeared from...
Just found its doing the same in the Period drop down box when making or editing a booking

You need to check the section of config.inc.php where you define your periods. I think you are probably missing this line just before you define your periods:
unset($periods);
The developers changed the way that the default configuration is set in one of the recent versions, which have been between this one and whatever you used previously. You might want to double check systemdefaults.inc.php and see if there is anything else that might conflict.
