ERROR: The RLN didn't accept the instruction Restart/Workstation. The Error was '(0xe0001b5f)'
It's driving me up the wall! CC3 - Somewhere along the line I've broken local support tools, all remote instructions from RMMC give this error. I've re installed LST as per RM.com and restarted the RMC3IENGA service and restarted all 3 servers.
Any ideas ?
If you have a contract with RM; just log it and they'll fix it.
LSTs are a nightmare to troubleshoot with the various packages etc.
If you don't have a contract with RM; I'll look into it a bit more on Monday if you want..
Every school in NI runs LST on CC3 as part of C2KNI managed service
We've been running the LST system for two years nearly and we're still getting messages like you're getting, especially if we try to edit or delete a scheduled item. The system was in trial for at least a year before that.
So don't plan on it being fixed properly soon.
We've actually started replacing the "services" LST provides with our own agent system but it's far from complete.
