RM Management Console
we're having a problem with viewing our RM management console.
It will open and expand all trees, EXCEPT the desktops/curriculum tree for which it gives the error
"The response from the server was not valid xml: End tad 'head' does not match the start tag 'link'."
I was wondering if anyone had ever had the same/similar problem ... or if it makes sense to someone more technical insight ... RM are as usual blaming everything but their software so whilst working through their endless list of checks ... (which have all been done before ...) any help would be appreciated.
RM support (first line) should have pointed you in the direction of article TEC227858 (login is required).
This issue is likely to have been caused by creating duplicate OUs in AD by connecting to one DC, creating the OU, then connecting to another DC and creating the same OU before the DCs have synch'd the first set of changes. The aforementioned article will guide you through deleting the duplicate entry in ADUC.
