PDAs & Helpdesk software
Im currently using oneorzero as a web based helpdesk system. Basically i wanna spend some money and i would like some wireless PDAs to access the helpdesk around the school. OneorZero will take a huge amount of modifying to get it to fit nicely on the small PDA screen. Are other schools using anything like this?
Just found MyLittleHelpdesk via another post, but the PDA demo is down so will install this tomorrow and test it out.
Next version of my little helpdesk includes a mobile interface.
Just noticed it isnt free so a demo of the PDA interface would be good to see before taking the plunge. cheers
MLH is free for educational use.

Sorry to hijack this a bit but can I ask what else people do with their PDA's? I have an XDA and use it for terminal services - I know it's a small screen for that but it's a life saver sometimes. Any thing else work related?
I use my personal one for Sat nav and task reminders etc. I want to use some for work the task discussed here. Will hopefully stop us forgetting things to be done.
I use my PDA for
the calendar / timeplanner
email + internet on the move
remote access to computers when I'm away from my desk
making quick notes when a thought occurs (not too often though :P )
List of "things to do"
Easier to take to a meeting to make notes than a laptop
music/games for the journey home :D
