Does anybody here use Classroombookings? http://www.classroombookings.com
If so, do you know how to import a CSV of the users for the system. I have tried emailing for support, but had no response.
I have a few more issues with it, but would like to sort one thing out at a time.
Hi. Sorry about the delay.. sometimes I don't get as much time as I like to reply to emails for Classroombookings. Anyway, the CSV file format is:
"username, firstname, lastname, email, password"
If you set the password at upload time (on the form) then the password field in the CSV file will be ignored.
Hope that helps.
i believe the csv file is
Username Firstname Lastname Email Password
go to users on the admin control panel then you can import csv there
aaa beat me too it craig :P
Thanks for the replies guys. I will have a look at this later.
Webman, if you are anything like me you are probably too busy to sit & email everyone. I do appreciate your time though.
I will post the other problems when I have sorted this out.
Thanks for a great piece of programming.
Yeah, you're right. But I hope to re-open the forums soon and get cracking with bugfixes and new features etc... now if only I could pause time ;)
Yes, I know what you mean. It would be rather handy to be able to pause time. You could stop people moaning & just walk away.:D
Heheh :D Amongst other things... ;) :p

I expect I am doing something wrong as usual.
I think that error is down to permissions - first check that the /temp directory (same directory level as /system/ and /webroot/ directories) has write permissions.
Sorry not to get back to you sooner.
I have used chmod on the temp directory, but this has made no odds. I tried 755, 766 & even 777.
any other ideas?
Thanks very much. It may just be me being a plank.:o
We don't have any linux boxes at the moment are there any instructions for installing it on windows with apache?
The instructions are pretty much the same except you probably won't need to change permissions (chmod). I recommend the WAMP package for this.
