Ranger Remote Tutor losing client connect
i responded to a call yesterday where a teacher logged about his tutor console not picking up all of his class anymore despite him seeing all of them when he opened the software at the beginning of the day, when i responded there were 6 computers all not repsonding to the host. These computers continued to not be picked up even after the host computer has refreshed, re-openned and even logged back in. I have now had a call off the same teacher stating it has happened again this lesson with 5 computers but none of them are the same ones from tomorrow and all were picked up in this mornings lessons.
This happens to both computers and laptops so doesnt seem to be due to how they are connecting to the network, any one heard of this before?
