Ranger Tech Support
Has anyone noticed a big drop in the quality of RM's Ranger support? It seems like it has been outsourced to India.
I used to get near good quality answers which would often resolve the problem immediately, and now support struggles to even grasp what the feature is I'm talking about.
Fair play to RM. I was contacted by a couple of managers from support, followed up by a phone call with some assistance on a currently open ticket, followed by contact details for future escalation.
The reason we moved to Ranger was to get away from RM CC3.
I think the next move will be to a vanilla windows network, as i dont think we use many of the ranger features now.
