Hi,
Just recently had my CC3 system commision and notice that I have a slightly outdated verson of the smartboard software.
Do smart provide a CC3 package for this already, or will I have to use the application wizard to build a new package?
Thanks

Hi
There is BluePrint file for it.

Except that, like most other RM BluePrints, it is for an old version. Download the administrators release MSI from Smart's web site and deploy that (I tend to tweak it a little first, but you could go with it as is).Quote:

I don't use Smartboards but I always tend to update to the newest drivers for any product. Rolling it out on one machine first to check it works before rolling it out across the school incase they are any issues.
I have Smartboard 9.5 deployed.
Is it okay to build one for 9.7 and test prior to rolling out?
Will the blueprint package build wipe out 9.5 or will it keep both ?
Thanks
Yes you can build a package for 9.7 but you won't be able to use the blueprint if that is for version 9.5 you will have to use the Application Wizard. When testing it on another machine remove the 9.5 package first then allocate 9.7.
