RM Console question.
Following my issues the other week we have restored access and function to the management console. Turns out I had a combination of a set of AD servers not talking properly to one another and a port issue on our new firewall blocking an obscure protocol which I eventually found and enabled.
I now have another issue:
How do I get (can I get) the RM management console to pick up the new mail server. with the old one on we can tell it to create mail boxes in the new store, but if we turn it off we can't get any mail integration at all.
This is an inconvenience rather than a show stopper, but it would be handy.
The first question might be what version of Exchange are you running, and did you remember to install the RM Management Extensions for it?
We are CC3, running exchange 2010 on 2008r2. We don't currently have access to download RM extensions, if they even exist.
