Viglen Classlink 10 - Printers not mapping to some clients
We've recently gone to CL10 and have now got issues with printers mapping to some clients using the add_printers.exe and printers.xml files in the classlink10$ share.
It's definitely a client issue as if you install windows fresh and update it the printers appear fine.
Obviously I'm trying to avoid re-imageing the majority of computers around the site and I'm struggling to find a way around it at the moment!
All clients with the fault are fully patched XPsp3 x86.
No events are logged in event viewer.
has anyone come across a similar issue before?
as it may help (although i cant see it!) i've attached a zip of process monitor logs taken from a client where they're not mapping and one where they are.
