I had a quick look at the full one at home, and it wouldn't authenticate against the domain.
Luckily I could get into the registry remotely to remove the key to load it as it still loaded in safe mode.
I just edited the existing msgina.dll by opening it with visual studio and changing the bitmaps. If it's against the EULA, I'd better not roll it out at work!
