We are testing impero at the mo.
Is there a way for a teacher to see which computers in room x have the internet disabled, screens locked and printing disabled through the console. At the moment there is no way of this showing or at least I cant see anyway.
Thanks

14th March 2012, 08:43 PM #3 There should be 3 groups in the console called Internet disabled, screens locked and printing disabled. From there you can see who's been blocked

I was looking at this today. Do computers with the internet 'locked' also appear in the group called 'internet banned'?
I seemed to feel that they don't. Haven't really had the time to test properly.

22nd June 2012, 05:19 PM #6 If you block them as a group they dont show in the groups but that is something i would like to see as it has only become apparant this week that when a teacher blocks the whole room using the group tab > internet, there is no notification that the room has locked internet or printing for that matter. Maybe russ at impero can tell us what is coming in version 3.5 and when it is going to be released. I know i have asked for a fair few changes and notifications on the impero forums. Also be warned that if you do block screens, internet, printing and sound, all teachers with the console can control/see other rooms when they are in these set groups. Again, this is something i would like to see changed so other teachers cannot view/control other rooms.
