MS .NET Framework 2.0 for CC4

is there a .NET Framework Package for 2.0 or 1.1 on RM sites as per like there CC3/CC4 ones as im in search for one, as I have an old app taht for some reason does not work very well with .Net FX 3.5SP1 but works fine with .Net 2.0.

They are different products: 3.5 is not an upgrade for 2.0, it's an entirely different thing altogether. Yes, there is a package blueprint/download available via RM.
