    Kodak Printer help

didnt know what section to put this in so please move it if theres a better sub forum.

We have a fair few kodak Printers esp -c110 and similar all conected to the teachers pc. Now they have been working fine but latly they have stopped printing black, colours are fine. this has spread to about 4 printers now. 3 are old but one is about 6 months old. I have replaced the ink and cleared the heads numorus times to no avail.

    Anyone know anything about this?

I had one at home that did this - was in warranty originally and Kodak swapped the printhead out and it worked again for a bit. We then bought a new printhead and it worked for a couple of days but then stopped again. My conclusion was the capping mechanism must have failed and was allowing the black printhead to dry out.
