Teacher quick start guide for impero

I know this is a bit cheeky but I was wondering if anyone has a teacher quick start guide for impero that I could please have a copy of?

I won't have time to knock one together until next Monday but have teachers wanting one sooner.

Thanks for any help, much appreciated.
